At K-Beauty Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
